How to Take Harmonizer
Harmonizer® works differently for each person. We all need different doses as well. Some people get very relaxed, so they like to take it at night. Others split their dose and take 1 or 2 caplets in the morning and 1 or 2 caplets at night. It makes them feel good during the day and greatly reduces stress. Many have replaced or reduced their intake of estrogen with the Harmonizer®, others have replaced or decreased their use of anti-depressants with it.
You need to experiment with it. Start with 2 caplets at night and adjust from there. It takes paying attention to your body for a few days.
Harmonizer® is great for men as well. It is a great stress reducer. There is also an herb in it that is very popular in Germany for prevention of prostate cancer.
You will probably notice that you are a lot more relaxed and handle stress better with the regular use of Harmonizer®.
